Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

One of the most important aspects of an ERP Project is establishing a good basis of communication between our company and you, the customer. Project leaders are appointed from both companys and the preffered means of communication are established. Once all of the above are in place a first meeting is scheduled where we hear the goals that you want to achieve with this project. When that’s done an outline is formed based on the informations recieved and we moce to the next phase.

Meetings are scheduled with all the levels of the company’s workforce so as to have a complete understanding og the needs and procedures of the company. Based on this discussions we then can really process the information and transform it into a detailed table citing all of the requirements needed to be fullfileed in order for the project to be successful and meet the expectation of our customer.

According to the results of the needs and requirements study that was conducted in the previous step we compile the necessary ERP modules into our offer so that the program meets the fuctionality that the customer demands.

In this phase the basic configuration of the new ERP system has benn completed. We always strive to succeed in migrating the custoer’s data from the old program they were using at least to when it comes to the major Entities of a System susch as Customers, Products, Accounts etc.

Our expertise in creating our own added value to program through our extensive knowledge of all the major programming language gives our customer an advantage. Sometimes an ERP will not meet certain demands of a customer when a particular set of task is required. We have the capability to offer are knowledge to create an addon program that meets the custome’s demands and is fully intergrated within the ERP enviroment.

Interoperability is always an importan goalfor us. Through the years we have been able to incorporate and connect various third party services or systems from the automated voucher management to the connection with third party logistical support programs, our customers benefit from our versitality in producing a solution to their needs.

In each and every project we make sure we allocate sufficient hours in the training of the personnel in order to be able to operate the new ERP program without problems or inconsistencies. The training program is divided in cycles each encompassing differentdepartments of our customer’s company.

When the Production date has been agreed we make sure our support team is on standby during the first days of operation to support our customer in any way possible and to ensure a trouble free transition from the old to the new program.

Through our support Pre-paid Packages we constantly monitor and safeguard the installation of our customers and of course support them in day to day operations. Our expeirence throughthe years has learnt us that being proactive is the best way to ensure a happy customer, free of problems present and future.
